No new 'peace plan'

Since the Oslo Accords of 1993, a multitude of peace plans have proliferated.  These plans were generally promoted by the Left.  They all failed.  Now that the Right is on the ascendency and it realized the magnitude of past political failures, the Left is prodding the Right to come up with their own "peace plan."
In the paper below, I argue this is not the time for the Right to present a new peace plan.  Much preliminary work is needed to first restore historical and legal factual evidence, before a cogent peace plan can be formulated.
